determine time position
command: TIME [<abspos>] [<relpos>] [<ypos>] [<trace>] [<key>]
The graphic cursor is displayed and the time values of user-selected positions are returned. If no parameter is passed, the graphic cursor remains on display until the "E"-key is pressed (Exit). Every selected position is echoed on the current info channel. If any parameter is passed, only one selection is possible and the result is not displayed on the text channel but stored in the variable(s) passed as parameters.
