redraw display
command: RD [<reset>]
Redraws the display of the current graphics window if there is no previous unmatched NR command or if <reset> equals 'R'.
parameters
- <reset> parameter type: char
If <reset> equals 'R' a redraw is forced, otherwise previously entered NR commands are matched.
